A
small family wine producer, Hollick Wines strive
to produce wines of distinction, which are the
true expression of the famous Coonawarra and its
terroir. Ian and Wendy Hollick purchased the property,
one of the original John Riddoch selections, in
1974. Early production was sold to other wineries
however, in 1983, the Hollick label was born.
After very successful beginnings, the company
now boasts one of the highest levels of viticulture
and oenological expertise in Australian wineries
of similar size. Hollick have won numerous awards
including the Rudi Kumon, Arthur Kelman, Robert
Bryce and Jimmy Watson trophies. |
